1. Services Provided
A New Beginning Consulting provides credit repair and credit education services, which may include:
Review of consumer credit reports from major credit reporting agencies. – Identification of inaccurate,
erroneous, false, or obsolete credit information. – Preparation and delivery of dispute correspondence to
credit bureaus and, when applicable, creditors. – Credit monitoring guidance, coaching, and consulting
through phone, email, video conferencing, webinars, or other communication methods during normal
business hours.
We do not guarantee the removal of any specific item, improvement in credit score, or particular outcome.
All results depend on the accuracy and verifiability of information reported by third parties.
2. No Legal or Financial Advice
All services and information provided by the Company are for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, nor do we represent clients in legal proceedings.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
- Review communications and documents provided by the Company when requested.
- Respond promptly to requests for documentation or confirmations.
- Understand that accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot legally be removed from a credit report.
4. Fees and Payments
All service fees are disclosed prior to enrollment. Fees are charged only after services are rendered, in compliance with applicable state and federal law. Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Authorization to Act on Your Behalf
By enrolling in services, you authorize A New Beginning Consulting to act on your behalf solely for purposes related to credit repair. This includes communicating with credit reporting agencies and creditors as necessary to perform services.
This authorization may be revoked at any time by written notice and will automatically terminate twelve (12) months from the start of services unless revoked earlier.
6. Information Use and Confidentiality
Any personal information obtained is used strictly for providing credit repair services. We do not sell or disclose personal information beyond what is required to perform services, except as required by law.
7. No Guarantees or Warranties
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Credit repair results vary by individual.
- No specific credit score increase or deletion is promised or guaranteed.
- Credit reporting agencies make all final determinations regarding disputes.
8. Consumer Credit Rights
You retain all rights under state and federal law, including the right to:
- Obtain a copy of your credit report from a consumer credit reporting agency.
- Dispute inaccurate information directly with a credit reporting agency at no cost.
- Have inaccurate information corrected or removed following reinvestigation.
Understand that accurate negative information may remain on your credit report for legally permitted time periods.
9. Right to Cancel
You may cancel your contract for any reason within five (5) business days from the date of signing, without penalty or obligation. If you cancel within this period, any payments made will be refunded within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your cancellation notice.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered prior to termination.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A New Beginning Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
12. Release and Hold Harmless
By using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from services performed, except where prohibited by law.
13. Electronic Communications and Signatures
You consent to receive communications electronically. Electronic records and signatures are legally binding and have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures under applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which A New Beginning Consulting is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
